Don and Bev join us to discuss the success of the conference, now in its fourth year. The conference addresses the science and practice of “food as medicine” – medicine that goes beyond managing chronic conditions to promote true healing. The conference is organized for medical professionals to help them learn more about incorporating healthy, plant-based eating to treat diseases such as diabetes and other top causes of death. Eight prominent medical professionals led the sessions, and we have an opportunity to get a glimpse into what happened there. #Portland
