That’s why she incorporated a lot of humor and real-life caregiving stories into her program. Caregivers laugh more than they cry, and they develop new strategies for managing anger, guilt, depression, grief, and dementia-related challenging behaviors, including surprising inappropriate sexual behavior. #Portland
