Every year May is ALS Awareness month; Lance leads a team of 15 dedicated staff members who work tirelessly to help people with ALS each day. Lance will celebrate 20 years with The ALS Association this Fall. He loves his work helping people with ALS, advocating for public policy issues, and fundraising to fund ALS research.
